CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
At ASECU, our first priority is the safety and security of our members, employees, and our communities. As CDC reports that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is approaching pandemic levels, it is important to us that you know the preventative measures in place and actions being taken to protect both our members and our staff.
We are currently following CDC guidelines and recommendations while continuing to monitor ongoing developments. We have updated our operational procedures to include hourly cleaning and disinfecting of our offices, as well as to provide hand sanitizing stations for our membership and staff. We have educated all staff members on CDC guidelines, preparedness and COVID-19 symptoms and are continuing to stay up to date on all other CDC recommendations.
During this time we have options for you to access your accounts remotely. If you do not yet have an online banking account, you may sign up for one here. Our mobile app also offers easy account access, which you can find for free on the App Store and Google Play. You can call our automated system at (330) 792-3618. And finally, if you wish to speak to one of our Member Service Representatives, dial (330) 792-4000 or send us an email.

UPDATE (9/02/2020): Lordstown + Boardman lobbies will open Tuesday, September 8, 2020!
Our Lordstown and Boardman lobbies will be re-opening on Tuesday, September 8th!
UPDATE (7/30/2020): YSU Branch will open Monday, August 3, 2020!
Our YSU Branch will reopen on Monday, August 3rd! Please be advised that face covering are required while on campus, including the ASECU office. There will be signs with directions and markers on the floor to assist you with new procedures. Make sure you bring a photo ID, as this will be required for all transactions.

UPDATE (5/14/2020): Ausintown and Newton Falls lobbies will open Monday, May 18, 2020!
As we prepare to open our Austintown and Newton Falls lobbies on Monday, May 18th we have put the following safety procedures in place:
- *Senior Hour: We have designated the first hour of business for seniors and those with a compromised immune system (9-10am)
- *Masks required to enter lobby: our employees are wearing masks, we ask that you do as well.
- *Must show ID at the door: please bring your ID with you, you will need it to enter the building
- *Social Distancing: to ensure social distancing, we will have markers on the floor to ensure a safe distance of 6 feet and a limited occupancy in the lobbies
- *Plexiglass: We have installed Plexiglass at all teller and loan stations
- *Increased cleaning: we will continue to regularly disinfect our offices
Offices will close at 4:00pm to give employees time to sanitize and disinfect the lobbies. Additionally, employees will be participating in wellness screens before their shifts and hand sanitizer will be available for use in high traffic areas.
UPDATE (4/16/2020): We continue to operate drive-thru only, but are still taking steps to make sure our members and staff remain safe. ATMs are being sanitized often, as well as the interior of our offices.
UPDATE (3/20/2020): For the health and safety of our membership and staff, in accordance with Governor DeWine and CDC recommendations, we will be operating drive-thru only until further notice.
UPDATE (3/17/2020): Our YSU Office is temporarily closed during the closure of the YSU campus. ALL other offices remain open and are functioning as normal.
